Internet Strategy

The process of developing the Internet strategy starts with a competition analysis (including more developed markets). The next phases may include research about present and potential clients and the creation of concepts. Developing the Internet strategy we use effective tools for strategy management, such as: Porter's Five Forces Analysis, SWOT, McKinsey matrix, Corporate strategy model, Business (domain) strategy model.

The final phase is developing a plan for strategy implementation with our client.
