BusinessWiki WorkFlows offers the easy creation of document flows and adjusts them to your company's structure.
Document flows may be edited in full-visual environment. New actions and flows may be checked by users, with no participation of the IT department needed! Actions may be assigned to events caused by users, activated by time or external systems (WebServices), so it is possible to project fully automatic business processes.
BusinessWiki is based on Microsoft Windows Workflow Foundation. The document format in BusinessWiki is based on XML, which allows easy construction of document structure. This software is created in the spirit of Enterprise 2.0, using Microsoft ASP.NET technology – so that it is easy and flexible software, conforming to users' needs.
Documents may be edited, commented on, checked and accepted by users – it is possible to add more actions specific for the business environment that this software is used in. In order to achieve full safety, changes to documents are saved with the possibility to retrace all previous versions or to compare changes made to a document by a group of users working on it at the same time.
