Divante has realized a blog based intranet system for the Department of Marketing Communication at Lukas Bank (part of Crédit Agricole Group).
This blog platform enables sharing of knowledge and obtaining information about current projects. Each employee has their own, personal blog. All notes are grouped by titles, projects and products. Using blogs encourages a wide group of co-workers to share knowledge in a natural way.
The platform is complemented by typical internet functions, such as: a file repository, multimedia repository, employee business cards and an interactive structure scheme. The Website was based on the WordPress system.
We used WordPress because of previous positive client feedback about this system. The aim of implementation was to create the possibility of ready to use software for specific clients and their needs, which in turn enabled them to share knowledge in a range of ways. This project is an example of the implementation of Enterprise 2.0 tools - said Tomasz Karwatka from Divante

We were anxious to make our activities clearly visible, not only outside of the company, but also inside. We wanted to create an internal platform for exchanging knowledge and an organized achieve, thanks to which all workers of Lukas Bank would be able to see the bank's current marketing activities and have the possibility of giving opinions and receiving feedback from different workers at the bank. - said Arkadiusz Łatko, Manager of Communications and Creative Marketing at LUKAS Bank
